Blue Monday
Blue Monday Community Wellness Open House
Blue Monday is often called the hardest day of winter — when the holidays are behind us, the days are short, and motivation can feel low. This year, we’re choosing connection instead of isolation.
On Monday, January 19, Guiding Compass Psychotherapy and Wellness, along with Venvi – The Villa, Lotus Loft, Rise Fitness, Elevate Women’s Health Centre, Herbally Yours, and Dairy Queen, invite the community to a free, drop-in Community Wellness Open House across Port Perry.
Throughout the day, each space will offer simple, grounding experiences — a listening space, journaling, breathwork, intention-setting, quiet reflection, and small moments of care.
This is a community-wide invitation to slow down, connect, and take gentle care of yourself during the hardest stretch of winter. All ages welcome. No registration needed. Just come as you are.

Does your teen struggle with anxiety, overthinking, or feeling overwhelmed?
Starting November 8, I will be running a 4-week therapeutic group for teens (ages 12–15) to help them understand anxiety, learn regulation tools, and build confidence in facing their fears.
Each week focuses on practical, evidence-based strategies in a supportive, welcoming environment at our Port Perry office.
